When you're just starting out, it might be hard to remember to practice training every day. We're here to help! You can add reminders to your phone, to receive push notifications that encourage you to keep training and remind yourself to be awesome.
Adding reminders can be done on a device by device basis, and can be updated at any time.
- Select the bell icon in the top right corner of your home page
- Select which times you'd like to receive daily Mindfulness Practice and Sleep Training reminders
Tap the push notification when you receive it and you'll be brought back into the Whil app and automatically redirected to whichever program you engaged with most recently.
