Click the pulse icon to view your dashboard and see:
- How many minutes you've completed today
- How many days you've reached your target in the last week
- How many minutes you've completed overall
Set your target by clicking "Set Target" in the app or by clicking the minutes in the middle of the circle on your dashboard. See more here if you're not sure about what your target should be.
