Can I download sessions as MP3s or for use offline?

We don't offer any of the RethinkCare programs as MP3s and there are 2 reasons for this:

1. Our training programs are designed to run in conjunction with the videos and other content in a sequential order. This’ll help you get the most out of your training.
2. We're protective of our work and copyright, so we want to prevent our RethinkCare content and library from being shared beyond our paid-for subscription system.
