Internet Explore 8, 9, 10: Microsoft has stopped supporting older versions of IE (no more technical support or security updates).
Android Browser: Google has stopped issuing security updates for browser versions before 4.4.

Video playback and time bar are not in sink where I need to wait for double the time to get the particular session to register as complete. Can I do anything to resolve this issue
