We recommend practicing once a day to make it part of your routine.
If you find it easiest to do yoga at the start of your day, try to stick to that. It's also fine to mix it up as your schedule requires.
Remember you can take your practice anywhere with whil.com, and the Whil app on iPhone, Android, or tablet.
Size does matter. Screen size, that is. Bigger is better for these videos, so if you have access to a laptop or a desktop computer screen–great. If you can stream through a big-screen television, that’s even better (hello, AppleTV!). Being able to use a remote during these practices is handy, too.
Make some space. You’ll need at least enough room to roll out a yoga mat and raise your arms on either side. Doing yoga in a closet isn’t optimal, but it’s better than not doing yoga at all!
Wear comfy clothes. You’re going to be moving around, so wear something that won’t restrict you. Tight-fitting clothes that stretch with you are great because they let you check your stance easily, but wearing a T-shirt and sweatpants is totally fine.
