Dizziness is not uncommon with practicing yoga, especially with positions that incline your head below your heart. If you get dizzy during a session, stay seated, or sit down if you’re standing up. You may be breathing too fast. Try relaxing the breath to a normal pace. There’s no need to breathe too fast or too deep. Just let your breath come naturally.
