We recommend practicing once a day to make it part of your routine.
If you find it easiest to meditate at the start of your day, try to stick to that. It's also fine to mix it up as your schedule requires. When it comes to meditating, we recommend newbies try to do several shorter sessions (our standard ten minute sessions or some of our "One Minute Meditations") rather than attempting one long session.
