Each of these has a curated list of top goals Whil can help you achieve, by completing the 2-3 underlying programs. Each goal is meant to take 2-4 weeks to complete. Just think, you could be Sleeping Better, Increasing Creativity, or Enjoying Life more, in just a few weeks.
If you first accessed Whil from a mobile device, you may have been asked to select from our most common goals already. Don't worry you can always make changes later. The yoga goals are currently only available on web browser, not the mobile app, but are coming soon.
The list of goals you've set, and goals completed, may be aggregated together with others from your organization and shared with your administrator, so that they can understand general trends in betterment across the entire organization.
