Don't know where to start? Setting goals is a great way to get started with navigating the Whil content. Find the goals most important to you, and we'll provide the programs to help you achieve them.
There are 6 categories of goals, to help you find the right content to be your best self. Each of these has a curated list of goals Whil can help you achieve, by completing the 2-3 underlying programs. Each goal is meant to take 2-4 weeks to complete. You could be Sleeping Better, Increasing Creativity, or Enjoying Life more in just a few weeks.

The goals you select will be displayed on your Train page so you can continue practicing every time you log in!
