Some companies may offer RethinkCare through Virgin Pulse with a limited library called Launchpad. With this option, you may only see 3 goals (Mindfulness 101, Emotional Intelligence 101, Yoga 101). This is a great way to get a taste of what RethinkCare has to offer!
In order to access additional content and unlock the full RethinkCare library which contains over 250 goals and 1,800 sessions, your company will need to purchase the PowerUp version of RethinkCare. We encourage you to reach out to your benefits team if you are enjoying using RethinkCare and would like to see more!
In the meantime, repeating the modules that you have can be helpful and hopefully, you'll start to experience them in new and different ways!

I think individuals should be able to subscribe for more sessions, regardless of what the company chooses. If not, then why use Whil when other programs offer more than 3 topics?
I am hoping more are offered as I have completed the three topics that are listed
I agree, as I would be willing to pay for a subscription to get access to all the other courses!
I think the same! Individuals should be able to subscribe for more courses irrelevant of what the company offers. If someone id willing to pay extra for more courses at least let them buy the subscription. How will the Whil team even know what % of enrolled people would like to get access to more courses??
Same I don’t understand why one can’t just add individual lessons or buy a subscription
This seems crazy. I would also pay for more courses!
You should offer individuals to buy the courses
I was very sadden to find out that Whil, offered through my Virgin Pulse, only offers 3 courses. I work for a large hospital corporate chain and it is extremely unlikely they will purchase more courses because one employee out of thousands of employees is requesting it.
I am Whil-ing to pay for more! Please!!!
Why not provide options for virgin pulse users to 1. Notify benefits team via the app that they would want power up program. 2. Allow individual users to purchase power up program?
When a company set rewards for your Medical benefits based on courses taken it is ethically wrong to lock that content behind a subscription.
It is ironic Whil suggests asking the employee to ask their corporations, when they are being asked about it here, Whil does not respond.
basically telling me to go pay for waking up or headspace?
I don't understand why our company only offers three courses but wants us to earn a very high number of points. The company should make it easier to attain that goal, not harder. I know several co-workers who just are not even trying to earn points because they feel it is too difficult to get so many. That seems to defeat the purpose of having the Virgin Pulse program.
I was so very impressed by the full Whil library that we were given temporary access to for a couple months during the COVID-19 outbreak. And then saddened to wake up last week and find that it was taken away.
I have listened to the 3 sessions in the allowed Starter Kit program over and over again each month for the past 2 years to not only earn my rewards with my company but because I do enjoy them, but I have always wished for a way to access more. I doubt my large company would ever provide everyone long term access to the full library just for the few of us that would like it, however Whil could benefit from those of us that are willing to support them and subscribe ourselves. I truly believe this would be of great benefit for both Whil, the employers and those of us who enjoy your product if you would actually put forth something to allow individuals to unlock that content on a 1 on 1 basis.
I also was disappointed to find the full library was taken away after the Covid release. Individuals should be able to purchase the power up when their companies say no. The 3 courses are not enough and I don’t find them useful anymore. The full library was great and I wish I had access again.
Finding it boring with only 3 options -
Then why does it say "You currently have free access to a few of Whil's 250+ mini-courses" at the top? Clearly I don't since I'm only seeing these same three courses.
So sad the courses have been dropped by my company. I've been a fan of While for many years and start my day with a quick 5-10 breathing and mindfulness. This is so disappointing, especia.
I agree! I was so disappointed when our access to courses ended! Covid is still going strong! I loved the Whil classes and found a great benefit. Now, just those three classes? I have reached out to our HR department and was told there is nothing they can do (not true). I would pay for my own classes on here. We do have to take our health and well-being I to our own hands. Our company is not going to help us with that - especially if it cuts into their profit.
I think it’s stupid that you don’t offer individual plans. You are leaving money on the table. I will never convince my company to invest in this but I value the content and want to subscribe. I am going to make a formal complaint to Apple to have this App removed from their library. What good is it to build an app that only holds three lessons and wastes space on our phones when we can subscribe to it as individuals? Greedy crooks that want huge corporate payouts must have come up with this stupid idea!
Bump to everything.posted! Bring back the classes or let us pay for a subscription. Feel my health is worse without my whii. Disappointed that the company doesn't respond to our outcry
Please reconsider your business model. Your program is the best mindfulness app available. Why leave it up to a company to decide whether their employees should have access or not. I’ve been vocal with my company’s HR department but they’ve gone in a different direction. If people are willing to pay individually then let them. As good as your app is you are limiting the company’s growth. I would be a huge Whil evangelist if it were available to anyone. I pretty certain most other users would be too. I see people’s comments that their health is worse without Whil and I might agree with this myself even. You should be mindful of this.
Whether my company chooses to purchase the Power Up version of Whil or not, I would like to see your company add an individual subscription option. Otherwise I plan to renew my subscription to Headspace. I’d prefer to stay in the Whil context however since it is more focused on Career and often features SIY content (which was available early on as a teaser). Thank you for the consideration.
This is such great content. Can someone with knowledge please respond to all the requests asking for subscription access to the Power Up level?
