Challenge yourself to give up an unhealthy food.
Unfortunately, some things that taste good, aren’t so great for our health. For the next 30 days, give up one of the things that you crave most. Potato chips? Soda? Candy? Swap the unhealthy foods for something more nutritious. When you’re able to control your cravings and kick bad habits, it can be an empowering feeling.
